This happened to me a few years ago. I totally refused to No matter how far I roam texas will always be my home vintage shirt pay. After some futile arguing, they tried to “blackmail” me by threatening to sent my bill to a collection agency, the kind that pesters you day and night. I said go ahead, losers. I admit I thought it was an idle threat, but they actually did it! I simply told the collection agency rep to present me with a work order or engagement letter of some kind bearing my signature and that I would then immediately pay the $550 bill. I never heard from any of them again.

We decided to tell the landlord about the problem and sent him pics and vids of the guy parking there and spying on us out of his window and the landlord was furious about us telling him. He said he didn’t want to hear it again and also said we were the weird ones for taking pics and vids of him doing this. Now because we told, the landlord told us he’s selling the place after only being here for 3 months when we signed a year lease. Nobody has came to look at the place so idk who would buy something without looking at it so I’m thinking the landlord is lying or the guy Infront of us offered to buy this place to have the driveway back. He mentioned trying to buy a home when we first moved in multiple times and hinted he liked his home he just didn’t like people living behind him and taking their own driveway.
